Where does Abinaya Online Store deliver/ship?
 

We currently deliver across Malaysia.

 


What is the delivery / shipping rates?
 

West Malaysia RM 10.00
East Malaysia RM 15.00

 

 

How long does the delivery takes?
 

Ready Stock delivery takes 1 to 3 working days for domestic shipment.
Some of our products are pre-order items. Waiting period for pre-ordered items between 15-20 business / Working days (Monday-Fridays). Does not include weekends and Malaysian Public Holidays.
Items will be processed for postage and tracking details will be updated accordingly, within the above-mentioned time range.
Multiple orders (8-10 products) have different delivery times and they take the longest delivery time.
We are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. www.abinayaonlinestore.com. shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.    
To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

 


How do I track my order?
 

You may visit the order status page at ‘Orders’ and click on the order ID. Then, click ‘Track Shipment’ to see your shipment status. Alternatively, you may also click ‘Track Order’ on the top left of the website, and key in the correct order ID and email address to track your shipment.
